Candid Arts mixed media exhibition

I will be exhibiting some of my shoots for the scrapbook project I have been putting together. The pearl necklace shoot and giant key shoot and possibly some of my popular older work. The group exhibition takes place at Islington Candid Arts gallery between the 2nd and 11th of April with a private viewing on April 1st.

I have re-arranged two shoots to take place in April with Siobhan Perry and Leanne Vasko with boss model management with more shoots to follow.

I am currently entering more work to magazines, planning shoots and sorting out prints for the exhibition, I'm looking forward to the results.

Scrapbook Project

The shoots I have been working on and upcoming shoots is part of an ongoing project which started in a scrapbook of ideas and inspiration, an art journal. The shoots so far take me too summer and I started them in December. I have planned shoots for at least one or two a month in which are all thoroughly planned out between myself and the team of creatives I work with - with ideas pointing too interesting props and an insight into the imagination and playful memories of childhood sweeping into adulthood. A mix of Dreams, fantasies, fairytale and high fashion. With this project I intend too plan an exhibition and concluding book on my works and how I work and plan towards a project with insight into my original scrapbook including the overall images.
My next shoot is this month with Siobhan Perry from premier models and boss models, including some beautifull ASOS clothing working along side stylist Nic Cole, Mua and Hair Sian Louise Auld and Assisting John Taylor

Behind the scenes -

At this shoot it was freezing cold, I think we all started too loose feeling as the temperature dipped as the sun went down but everybody did an amazing job, we made this shoot a fast one and so we quickly got warmed up in the car afterwards with chocolate too share :). Also credits too Stoneyhurst college who gave us permission too photograph outside the college. John was a big help on shoot making sure everything went smoothly <3>

Vintage Bar Photoshoot

Upcoming photoshoots

Myself and Nicola Cole have been planning photo shoots, we are in the process of putting these together the first one is taking place Dec 13th at the Cocktail Factory in Preston, we are going for a classic theme. I recently went too a sample sale at my works in which I managed too pick up a few props for future shoots - looking forward too them.

I have also been putting a scrapbook of ideas almost like an art journal together since 2008 and when completed I will be displaying this along side the works in which was produced according too the ideas and inspiration noted down within a book I will be making.. with this I am also hoping too be putting an exhibition together - books will be for sale as well as the photographic prints and mounted work.

I already have a small book produced in which I made for my last show in London with my painterly photographs displayed within this called 'inverted reflections' I aim too carry this on and extend it - this book is also available too buy.

Brooklands, Garstang Shoot

I have been quite busy lately I have planned and shot a shoot at Brooklands in Garstang with Premier model Siobien Perry and Amie Dodgson model. Stylist Alexandra Walsh, mua Sian Louise Auld and hair Toni & Guy. Great team and a pleasure too work with.
